Summary
The purpose of the vellum Leader Portal is for key leaders within an organization to understand insights and usage data against team member check-ins. User privileges are determined and set in the administration console managed by the vellum team.
Static tiles are visible at the top of the Leader Portal. These tiles represent:
1. Total Users
- Purpose: Represents total accounts created
- Calculation: Number of accounts created
- Filter: NA
2. Warning Triggers
- Purpose: Represents the number of instances where a high-intensity negative emotion was consecutively selected by an individual
- Calculation: High intensity negative emotion selected four times in a row with the final instance occurring within the last seven days
- Filter: NA
3. Positivity Scores
- Purpose: Represents the emotional tone of a given unit.
- Calculation: Current weekly average (rolling week) vs. prior week average (rolling week)
- Filter: NA
- Scrollable: From left to right if number of units/departments are not entirely visible
Leaders can toggle between two categories to analyze the metrics for their respective areas. The categories are:
1. Team Usage
- Purpose: To examine the commitment of the team to well-being
2. Team Emotional Health
- Purpose: To enhance leader awareness on team member well-being
Leader Portal Tips:
- To return to the Home page, simply click the vellum Logo
- Filters are multi-select and can be cleared by de-selecting them
Usage
Number of Check-ins
Purpose: Represents number of check-ins per respective unit across selected filters
Calculation: Count of check-ins per unit
Filter: Start Time, End Time, Organization, Unit, Role, Shift
Scheduled User Ratio
Purpose: Represents the overall check-ins against total number of staff per the unit schedule across selected filters
Calculation: Users that have completed at least one check-in for each day beginning at 0000-2359/total number of staff scheduled
Filter: Start Time, End Time, Organization, Unit, Role, Shift
User Status Funnel
Purpose: Represents number of users/percentage of users and their current status by pre-defined category. These categories include: Account Created, Checked In Only Once, Inactive for > 14 days, and Active.
Calculation: NA
Filter: Start Time, End Time, Organization, Unit, Role (*NOTE: Shift Filter not available for this analytic)
Emotional Health
Top Emotions
Purpose: Represents top recurring feelings across selected filters
Calculation: Count of feeling selected vs. total count of feelings
Filter: Start Time, End Time, Organization, Unit, Role, Shift
Word Cloud
Purpose: Represents the check-ins across users with the size of the word representing its frequency across selected filters
Calculation: Check-ins across users
Filter: Start Time, End Time, Organization, Unit, Role, Shift
Emotion Breakdown by Day
Purpose: Represents primary category breakdown across selected filters
Calculation: Count of primary category check-ins vs. total count of feelings
Filter: Start Time, End Time, Organization, Unit, Role, Shift
Emotion Comparison
Purpose: Represents the overall emotional health across selected filters
Calculation: Count of feeling category vs. total count of feelings across categories
Filter: Start Time, End Time, Organization, Unit, Role, Shift
Weekly Emotion Trend
Purpose: Represents the emotional tone by primary category trend across selected filters
Calculation: Count of primary category vs. total count of feelings across primary categories
