1	Burnout Definition	What definition of burnout does vellum use?	There are different definitions of what constitutes burnout. We consider burnout as 'emotional exhaustion', 'depersonalization', 'disengagement', 'compassion fatigue', and 'cynicism'.
2	Data & Privacy	Who owns the check-in data that I provide? My organization or me?	Individual users own their data. The organization does not own any of this data, nor will the organization be able to see data at the individual level. Organizations will see data at an aggregated, anonymized level.
3	Data & Privacy	Where can I find the General Disclosure, End User License Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy?	These docments can be found in the mobile application Settings > About or on the vellum website at vellum.team.
