vellum purposefully seeks to make the implementation for your organization as simple and quick as possible. The vellum team will guide you through the implementation approach during a series of meetings in preparation for go-live. Following each of these meetings, your project team will have a series of activities to further prepare. The Implementation is broken into four specific phases: Prepare, Launch, Adopt, and Sustain.
The vellum team will schedule a series of meetings as we move through the phases working closely with the Project Team to ensure success. Please anticipate 1-2 meetings/week and, of course, meetings to guide and support you as needed.
